Leaders of Our Future (LOF) is a leadership and personal development initiative from Academic Quests for young people aged 11 to 24.
It builds human skills such as leadership, resilience, critical thinking and self-awareness, which matter more than ever in a world shaped by AI. Our programmes pair social-emotional learning with future-focused leadership training.

Advanced Leadership
Advanced leadership, teamwork, problem-solving and resilience.

- 3 modules, leading to an ILM Level 2 Award and CREST STEM Bronze

Holiday Camps
Intensive leadership training with practical application.

- In-person or virtual · 2 to 4 hours per session
Career Coaching
LOF offers one-to-one coaching:
Ages 14–18
Support with subject choices, academic decisions and early career exploration.
Ages 19–24
Support with career direction, employability, job searching and building confidence during the move into work.
Coaching uses assessments including MBTI, DiSC, Big Five, Holland Code and career aptitude tests.
How Our Programs Are Delivered
Programmes use “learning by doing” through real-world leadership scenarios, group projects, role-play and reflective activities.
