Structured Work Plans at Internworks
Each internship follows a well-defined Internship Work Plan outlining responsibilities, tasks, and expected deliverables. Interns receive regular feedback from their mentors and a Career Readiness Report, which evaluates their skills based on the eight NACE career competencies. Additionally, students have the option to work with a certified Birkman consultant (for an additional fee) to assess their strengths and career interests.
