Each internship is custom-matched to the student’s goals and supported by employer partnerships, so every placement is relevant to where the student wants to go.

Structured Work Plans at InternWorks
Every student follows an Internship Work Plan with regular mentor feedback. At the end, students receive a Career Readiness Report based on the eight NACE career competencies. An optional certified Birkman consultation is available for an additional fee.
The result is a structured, guided work experience.
